"Free" Soup

This is slow going but finally lost every ounce I gained from all the steroids. Praying to stay well and stay off them! I made a huge pot of "Free" Soup this week and really enjoyed it. I shared it with some of friends at school and they wanted the recipe so here it is. You can add anything to it you want - just add in the calories for it, too.
"Free" Soup
3 large zucchini, cubed
2 large cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of Ro-tel Tomatoes (I use mild)
2 onions sliced in thin wedges
1 can fat-free broth (chicken or beef)
2 packets or Swanson Flavor Boost (chicken or beef)
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all and cook until zucchini and onions are done.
70 Calories
This is the BASE soup. I add different things to keep it interesting but often leave it just like this. Be sure to count the calories of what you add. Here are some things I like to add but the sky is the limit:
3 cups Fresh Cabbage cut-up
Fresh Carrots
Green beans
browned, lean beef stew meat - no fat
chopped pieces of rotisserie chicken- no skin, fat or bone
chopped pieces of ham - no skin, fat or bone
